God’s Faithfulness Through Every Season

“Even to your old age and gray hairs I am he, I am he who will sustain you. I have made you and I will carry you; I will sustain you and I will rescue you.” – Isaiah 46:4 (NIV)

Life is filled with changing seasons. Youth gives way to maturity, and eventually, strength fades into weakness. Yet in every stage, God remains constant. Isaiah 46:4 is a beautiful reminder that the God who created us is the same God who promises to carry us, sustain us, and rescue us.

Unlike human strength, which declines over time, God’s strength never diminishes. When we are young, He guides our steps. In our prime, He equips us to serve. And as we grow older, He does not cast us aside—He holds us even closer. His promise is not bound by age or circumstance.

Perhaps today you feel weary from life’s burdens or discouraged by the passing of time. Take comfort in knowing that the Lord has committed Himself to you from beginning to end. He is your Maker, your Sustainer, and your Deliverer.

Prayer:
Lord, thank You for being with me in every season of life. Remind me that I am never beyond Your care. Carry me when I am weak, sustain me when I am weary, and keep me close to You always. Amen.

Reflection Question:
What burden do you need to let God carry for you today?
